Withdrawing your deposits during the oracle outage

Zodial has temporarily restricted new lending exposure to Banks covered by the Switchboard incident. Those Banks remain restricted even when their quotes succeed. Pyth price staleness continues through the existing price-refresh process. A CoinMarketCap estimate alone does not mean there is an oracle outage.

Assets migrated to Pyth follow their current Bank configuration and ordinary protocol checks.

Your deposited token balances remain recorded in your lending account. After clearing all outstanding borrows, you can use the debt-free withdrawal path. Withdrawals remain subject to available liquidity, token-transfer restrictions, and protocol checks. This withdraws tokens from your lending account; issuer redemption is a separate process.

Which accounts are affected?

An account is affected when it has a deposit or borrow in a Bank covered by the configured Switchboard incident or an explicit oracle incident. The notice and restrictions follow the lending account you select in Trade or Portfolio. Holding the same token only in your wallet does not make that account affected.

Borrowing, deposit loops, short loops, leverage, and repayment with collateral are temporarily unavailable in affected accounts. Wallet-funded repayment remains available. You can add a direct deposit to an already-held affected Bank when its normal protocol checks permit it, but you cannot open a new affected position.

How to withdraw

  1. Select the affected lending account in Trade or Portfolio and review all its borrows.
  2. Use Repay with wallet funding for each borrowed asset. You need the corresponding tokens in your wallet and enough SOL for transaction fees. Repayment with collateral is unavailable during this incident. If you do not have enough of a borrowed token, choose Swap to repay. The swap opens with that token as Buy and your highest-value eligible wallet token as Sell. It targets the repayment shortfall plus a 0.1% debt buffer, capped by what your selected wallet balance can fund. Review the live quote, confirm the swap, then return to Repay. A partial swap may not fund the whole repayment.
  3. Use the full-repayment option when clearing each liability. Wait for confirmation and for your lending account to update. A very small remaining borrow still counts as debt.
  4. Once every borrow is cleared, use Withdraw on your deposits. Debt-free withdrawals can use the existing path that does not need an oracle price when protocol conditions allow it. An enabled group rate limit may still require a valid price; liquidity, account restrictions, and token transfers must also permit the withdrawal.
  5. Wait for each withdrawal to confirm. Borrowing and leveraged actions become available again after confirmed account data shows no affected positions remain, subject to the usual checks.

Why an estimated price can appear beside a blocked action

Trade and Portfolio may use CoinMarketCap prices to display balances and health estimates when an oracle price is unavailable. This fallback does not classify a Bank as affected by an outage or make it discontinued. These estimates may differ from live on-chain prices. The compact notice at the top of Trade and Portfolio links to this guide; dismissing it does not remove the recovery restrictions.

An estimated health score does not make a transaction executable. Price-dependent transaction checks still require valid oracle data. When the inputs needed for an estimate are missing, the interface shows an unavailable value instead.

All affected Banks are hidden from lending asset selectors, including Banks you already hold. Your existing positions remain visible for repayment and withdrawal.

Calculated use-case opportunities exclude affected assets.

Assets hidden from the market overview can be revealed with Show more. This is informational and does not enable a new deposit or borrow in an affected Bank.
